Can you put a cat in a dog kennel crate?

I have a 3 month old kitten, and a plummer is coming over monday to fix a leak in the bathroom big job. Since i work i can’t be home while they do the job. Im thinking of just buying a cat kennel crate/condo to put him in. My son thinks i can use his big dog kennel cage. What do you think/

would it be ok for my dog to sleep in a big insulated dog kennel with a run in the garden?

The kennel would also have a heated lamp if the weather got cold. my dog is a staffishire bull terrier.

Interested in purchasing a dog kennel in Oregon and need advice.?

Where can I go to obtain the information needed to run a dog kennel in Oregon. The existing kennel is fairly new and is primarily used for housing dogs for retriever dog training. There is also a “hobby” kennel for an additional 10 dogs. I personally have been training dogs for about 5 – 6 years so this is almost a perfect arrangement. But I need to learn the operations of a kennel to make it a profitable business.

I realize that there are specific codes, health and safety issues for running this type of operation, but where do I find the speciifcs for properly maintaining a kennel?

Any kennel owners out there with advice?

Will indoor outdoor carpet last a few months on the ground for part of a dog kennel?

I want to put a 4×6 piece in the kennel for my dogs. I have a pallet I can put in there with the carpet on it or just on the ground.
I know they will not pee on it.

But will it start to rot before Sept?

My reason is the pup is digging the corner. And I was told to put a carpet piece in there. Because she knows not to dig at our rugs.
Plus I wont have to weed eat in that area.

where can i find a cheap outdoor dog kennel?

I’m getting a hunting dog or gun dog. I’ve been looking for outdoor kennels and the best I can find is $200.00. If anyone could post a link for one that might could be a little cheaper that would be great. And for those people who want to know if i can handle a dog……..i live on a 2 acre property with woods and lake lanier in my back yard. i also have pleanty of time to take care of him/her.

Help How do I unclog a drain from a dog kennel.?

I have drains installed in my dog kennels and we just had some bad weather and leaves and everything just went into the drains. What is the best liquid or chemical …ANYTHING I can use to unclog them. Preferably something I can get at a store like wal-mart or something.Ok question….what if the drain is not dry clogged but wet clogged? Like theres water all the way to the top AND its clogged..I did use the enzyme solution as oppose to draino since it will be leaves, feces, and other but I’m thinking is it just going to stay on top? Or will it still work with it being filled, like work it’s way through?

What are some things i should take to the dog kennel?

i have an emergency, and i can’t take my dog with me
so i am leaving her at a boarding kennel.
what are somethings i need to take?

i know food, toys, and food and dish bowl
but anything else?
thanks, i’d like to leave her with a blanket or plush toys, but she’s a 10 month old labrador and destroys everything
so i’m leaving her with a kong, and some tennis balls
since i don’t want the poor kennel owner to be picking up fluff everyday
