AKC Classic Plush Country Lamb, Small
Our little Yorkshire terrier is a moderate chewer, and so far this lamb toy has held up really well. We have always liked the AKC toys for their durability and softness. It’s just the right size for a little dog!

This toy is well-made, but very skimpy. The lamb is very thin and not soft and fluffy. there is a collar on the lamb which could come loose and easily be swallowed. I am re-ordering a much larger toy from the AKC collection, this toy is a disappointment and I do not recommend it.

I’m not too happy with the AKC Classic Plush brand because their products, even though they are advertised as chew resistant, usually get killed (i.e. lose their insides) within a couple of days.
However, the small lamb is great. I have two small dogs (less than 20 pounds, one a Yorkie-Poodle mix and the other, a Chihuahua-Doxie mix) and they love it. They are not particularly hard chewers, but the Yorki-Poodle will obsess with something and won’t let it go until it’s gone. However, the small lamb has withstood the abuse.
Good quality, and apparently, good entertainment value (if you were a dog).

as it has room between the sheep’s body and the collar (it isn’t sewn down all the way around, just at the back of the neck).
