This is a high quality wood and metal dog crate. It looks like a piece of furniture. The wood has an early american finish. The metal is painted black. Expensive but very good quality and appearance.

Been using this “Play Pen” for 10 months now. Every since I brought my puppy home. It is a great size. Keeps him safe when I have to run out and he loves his “house”. I have never used the cover. Very nice finish and has held up very well. I have also recommended it friends who also love it. Highly recommended.

I am ordering a second one for a new dog. we have had our first one for almost 4 years and love it. It is more like dog furniture than a cage.
The plastic bottom does wear out where the feet touch it so we have had to replace that once.

Very well made and far more attractive than a wire cage or plastic crate, this pen is a great option for keeping a larger pet in the living room. Our dog – a rescued Border Collie – is incontinent, so she cannot roam around the house. And while she prefers being outdoors, with this great looking pen she can now spend quality time inside, in the same room as her family (instead of out back in the mud room, where her old wire cage was).
