  1. The size of the product was not displayed on your page. While searching for this product on Google the size was shown as 22″ long ans I was sent to your site to purchase. I placed the order and received the product today. Opened the box and to my surprise it was only 19″ long instead of 22″.

I can’t believe how fast I received my products. I was shocked. The product was exactly how I expected it to be. Thanks Ozbo!!

  3. It feels a bit flimsy, but it did the job of holding my 15 lb cat from one home to another during a move. if you have a smaller cat, it would be ok for longer travel, but if your kitty is big, i wouldn’t count on this being able to carry it in here for a long walk. i have a more sturdy one for other travel, but needed a second to bring two cats at the same time.

  4. Paul Swadley says:

My sister got this cat carrier for me for Christmas as I have several cats and need to take them to the veterinarian regularly for checkups and shots. It came in a brown box, padded well. However, while it came in three parts (the top, the bottom, and the plastic latches for the sides and the doors in one twist-off piece), there were no assembly instructions. I had to figure out how to put in the latches and locks by putting the top over the bottom, and carefully align it so that the slots in the holes matched up correctly before pushing each latch in. A little brain power, but not too much. The box did come with an order form where you could order replacement parts, though.

Several reviewers noted that there was a problem with the door latches. I concur. The top and bottom front have raised ridges where the plastic door latches are meant to be pushed over to “lock” the door. So in testing it out, my youngest cat got in — to explore, naturally! — and I locked the door. But after picking it up and carrying it around the house a bit and then setting the carrier down, he was able to pop the door by pushing on it because the motion (both my walking and his motion inside the carrier) dislodged the door latches from the raised ridges. The metal grated door literally popped out when I set it down.

I’d rate this particular carrier “average” for very short trips, not for long road trips (which I plan in the future). You get what you pay for, in short. I’d get something better designed, even it it costs more money and latches much more securely.
